Warranty Conditions

ESON promises to our customers that our motors are in good conditions when delivered from our factory. We provide 2-year warranty for direct customers only. The warranty starts from the date of order. Please refer to the Series No. on the label.

The warranty is only effective under the circumstance below:

Due to quality issues with motors when operated under normal conditions (very rare situations).

The warranty is ineffective under the circumstance below:

Due to inaccurate use or repair of motors by customers.

For International Customers Only

Please print and fill in the Warranty Form for each failure motor. One Warranty Form is for one failure motor.

Please send the Warranty Form to us as soon as possible.

We will return a new motor according to correct information filled in the Warranty Form.
